University of Alabama alumnus Wiley Mullins started his own business, Uncle Wiley, Inc., in the early 1990s after working as a brand manager for Procter & Gamble. The business is now called Wiley's Health Seasoning & Spices, and features a web site that highlights nutritional research, nutritional wisdom, and encouragement to eat more fruits and vegetables. Mullins shared some of his experiences and the insight he gained as an entrepreneur over the years.
